Welcome to Water Spirits Miniature Model Canoes! Our totally unique miniature canoes are beautifully crafted from cedar using single-piece hull construction.
We're Moving!
That's right. We're leaving beutiful Ely, MN and heading for Montana. While we're moving, production has been interrupted (naturally), but as soon as the move is finished, we'll be back up and making our canoes.

Based on the classic wood and canvas
canoes of the fifties and earlier, our model canoes are 18 1/2" long,
2 3/4" wide and 2 1/2" high, with a 1/8" overall-hull thickness.
Finished to an impeccable smoothness, each canoe comes with paddles and

Water Spirits also ofers a beautifully crafted minature model Class E Scow, unique among model sailboats with it's carved wooden sails. Modeled after the wooden hulled E Scows of the 1930's, our sailboat even includes the poles for the spinnaker sail.
Finally, we offer lovely canoe and canoe paddle wall hangers. These are a perfect addition to the den, family room, cabin, etc. Sizing in at approx. 21" X 5" these handmade plaques depict a canoe or a canoe paddle on a background chosen for contrast and grain quality.
